AIS Compliant

AIS COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

The American Iron and Steel (AIS) provision requires Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) assistance recipients to use iron and steel products that are produced in the United States. This requirement applies to projects involving the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of a public water system or treatment works. With our corporate and manufacturing headquarters based in Missouri City, Texas, Cornerstone Valve can provide valve products and solutions that comply with the American Iron and Steel Act. We work closely with several locally based forge masters and manufacturers to produce many different materials and grades, enabling our manufactured products to comply with our customer’s AIS requirements.

Upon request, we can provide a signed AIS letter of certification listing the purchased product, forge master reference and jurisdiction where product is delivered, thereby certifying compliance with the AIS provision. Please specify AIS along with any other regulatory requirements at the time of request for quotation.
